Sr. Sales Specialist (VisMin)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Maintain existing sales accounts and assist the department in forecasting and achieving the sales budget
- Maximize effort in developing new accounts and target markets in assigned sales areas through product presentations, seminars and trial mixes to clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction by regular sales calls, providing the right products at the right time and quantity and by attending to customer inquiries/complaints/problems
- Update self with existing and upcoming construction projects; analyze market information and prepare strategies, plans and sales forecasts
- Ensure that all accounts in the assigned areas are secured with proper credit recommendations; give price quotations according to the given range/limit
- Monitor the flow of sales operations in every customer – from sales ordering to delivery
- Take charge of the collection of receivables and counter receipt of sales invoices and delivery receipts
- Monitor the products handled by distributors and customers to ensure efficient inventory management and proper storage
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of B.S. Civil Engineering or related
- A Licensed Civil Engineer
- With at least 3 to 5 years work experience in the construction industry
- Must have at least 1 to 2 years technical sales experience for construction or building materials, handling Infrastructure accounts, engaging with contractors and government agencies
- Experience working in a multinational company is an advantage
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Possesses a strong people skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills
