Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 10 years of solid technical and sales experience within a reputable chemical company or related heavy B2B sectors.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Food Technology, or any related technical/scientific field.
  • Proven track record in the Food Packaging/Canning Industry, Chemicals, or Industrial Coating/Paint companies. 
  • Deep understanding of operational quality and the ability to utilize analytical tools to manage territorial sales data.
  • Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal), comfortable presenting to executive-level stakeholders. 
  • Must have high physical stamina and willingness to travel extensively (50% or more field travel inter-island/nationwide).
  • Proficient in standard PC tools, especially Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and modern CRM platforms.
  • A self-starter who thrives in an autonomous, remote setup with minimal local supervision.

Job Description: 

  • Execute aggressive growth strategies to identify, pitch, and secure new high-value B2B commercial accounts across the Philippines.
  • Manage, nurture, and retain existing client relationships and collaborate closely with local distribution channels.
  • Act as the primary technical and commercial point of contact for nationwide accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Deliver data-driven and technical product presentations tailored to industrial, chemical, or packaging requirements.
  • Utilize operational quality frameworks and analytical tools to track sales performance, market trends, and pipeline metrics.
  • Conduct field evaluations, site visits, and client assessments to provide precise product recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation, contracts, and pipelines using CRM and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Be flexible to render additional operational hours as required by business demands or regional meetings.
