Medical Sales Representative (Hospital/Government Accounts)

Taguig City, Manila

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Midwifery, Public Health, or a related field; advanced qualifications are highly desirable.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the government health sector, including strong network with national, regional, or local agencies, as well as local and/or international NGOs and supranational organizations.

  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a significant advantage.

  • In-depth knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse groups.

  • Proficient in IT, with the ability to efficiently utilize computers, tablets, and relevant technologies.

  • Self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Desk:

  • Strategic mapping and engagement of relevant officials

  • Serve as the primary contact for ATM products

  • Facilitate internal coordination for trainings

  • Oversee the complete bid process for government procurement
    a. Prepare hospital formulary requirements
    b. Monitor bid bulletins, RFPs, and RFQs
    c. Collaborate with operations, logistics, and finance
    d. Coordinate with the government tender focal person
    e. Participate in meetings called by procuring entities
    f. Track status and inventory of submitted bids

  • Provide sales forecasts and activity reports

  • Handle in person submission of procurement requirements

  • Keep updated about procurement rules and regulations

  • Work with market access and government affairs teams

  • Nominate sub distributor for government procurement

  • Prepare monthly workplan and present accomplishments
