Qualifications:
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Must be a Licensed Pharmacist or Licensed Chemist (PRC).
- Minimum 6 months working experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Regulatory, or Laboratory settings (Note: Community pharmacy experience alone is not qualified).
- Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
- Intermediate to advanced skill in MS Word and MS Excel (formulas and functions).
- Strong accountability, problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure operational alignment with GMP, GDP, PIC/S, and local FDA regulations.
- Oversight of documentation control, versioning, approvals, and ALCOA data integrity principles.
- Create and maintain operational trackers using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Forms.
- Monitor quality processes in warehousing, production, and lab validation.
- Demonstrate ownership in identifying, reporting, and correcting quality errors.
