Apply to Site Engineer – Traction Power Supply System (PSS / PDS)

Salary: Php 75,000

Project Based: 6-12 months (depending on the project)

Monday to Saturday work schedule

We are seeking a highly technical Site Engineer to supervise field installation, testing, and pre-commissioning of Traction Power Supply & Distribution Systems (MV AC/DC switchgears, transformers, PSCADA, and control cables).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee installation of MV AC/DC switchgear panels, rectifiers, MV transformers, AC/DC distribution systems, and PSCADA/PLC control panels.
• Review method statements, equipment drawings, and cable schedules; guide subcontractors on cable laying and termination.
• Support SAT, pre-commissioning, and commissioning works while strictly enforcing Electrical Safety, PTW, and LOTO procedures.
• Maintain daily progress reports, configuration records, test sheets, and as-built documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering / EEE.
• 8+ years total experience in Railway/Metro or Industrial Power System installations (minimum 5 years dedicated to AC/DC Power Distribution Systems).
• Expert in Medium Voltage cabling, transformers, SLDs, and control schematics. Metro Rail or EPC project background preferred.
