Site Engineer – Overhead Catenary System (OCS)
Salary: Php 75, 000
Project Based: 6-12 months (depending on the project)
Monday to Saturday work schedule
We are hiring an OCS Site Engineer to supervise field installation, quality assurance, safety enforcement, and testing of Overhead Catenary Systems for a major railway infrastructure development.
Key Responsibilities

Direct foundation/mast erection, portal frames, cantilever mounting, wire stringing, tensioning, and final height/stagger adjustments.

Execute Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), attend client inspections, resolve non-conformities, and enforce strict DOLE OSH, PTW, and LOTO safety protocols.

Resolve alignment and interface issues with Civil, Trackwork, Signaling, and Power Supply teams at stations, depots, and substations.

Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and support electrical continuity testing, section insulator checks, and energization readiness.
Qualifications & Experience

Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field (Registered Electrical Engineer is a plus).

Minimum 8+ years in OCS/OHE installation, with at least 5 years on commuter rail, heavy rail, or metro projects.

Strong leadership, site coordination, ability to read IFC drawings, and willingness to work shifting/night block schedules.
