CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR

Work Location: Guyong, Sta. Maria, Bulacan
Salary: PHP 22,000–24,000
Work Schedule: 6 days a week | 12-hour duty

Job Summary

Monitor and regulate process operations to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient system performance. Responsible for monitoring process flow, maintaining cooling and air-conditioning systems, performing basic equipment maintenance, and assisting with line maintenance as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain cooling towers and air-conditioning systems
• Perform repair and maintenance of air compressors
• Monitor process flow and regulate system operations
• Inspect and clean equipment lines to prevent clogging
• Assist in line maintenance when required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of machine operations and basic troubleshooting
• Good technical and problem-solving skills
