Property Supervisor

  • EDSA Greenhills, Metro Manila

Location: EDSA Greenhills, San Juan City

Salary: ₱35,000 to ₱43,000

Work Arrangement: On-site

Work Schedule: Mon-Sat (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.

  • Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience, or experience as an Assistant 

  • Chief Engineer or Chief Engineer, preferably in property management, building operations, and equipment maintenance.

  • Must be an accredited DENR Pollution Control Officer (PCO).

  • Ability to analyze issues effectively and propose practical solutions.

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Results-oriented and service-driven, with the ability to balance operational 

  • requirements with established policies and procedures.

  • Highly analytical, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Must be willing to work onsite from Monday to Saturday at EDSA Greenhills, San Juan City

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervises the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the property to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

  • Oversees housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other property support services, including coordination with third-party providers.

  • Monitors tenant concerns, service requests, repairs, and property-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Ensures compliance with building policies, safety procedures, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Prepares operational reports, monitors expenses, coordinates vendors, and recommends improvements to property management.
