Apply to Project Development Supervisor
Location: EDSA Greenhills, San Juan City
Salary: ₱35,000 to ₱43,000,
Work Arrangement: On-site
Work Schedule: Mon-Sat (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Qualifications:

Graduate of an Engineering degree or a Business-related course.

With two (2) to three (3) years of experience in independent contracting, project development, or a related field.

Proficient in budget management, bidding, and financial analysis.

Experienced as a Real Estate Warrantor, Property Insurance Underwriter, Risk

Assessor, or in a similar role involving property evaluation, risk management, or insurance.

Experience in real estate finishing works is an advantage.

Must be willing to work onsite from Monday to Saturday at EDSA Greenhill
Duties and Responsibilities

Oversees the planning, coordination, and implementation of property or development projects from initial planning through completion.

Coordinates with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.

Monitors project timelines, budgets, deliverables, quality standards, and overall progress.

Assists in securing and monitoring permits, approvals, project documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Identifies project risks, resolves issues, prepares progress reports, and recommends improvements to ensure successful project completion.
