Cost Accounting Director

We are looking for a highly experienced Cost Accounting Director to lead the cost accounting function of a global manufacturing organization.
ššš šššššššššššššššš
• Lead strategic cost accounting initiatives, process improvements, automation, and analytics
• Oversee product costing, inventory valuation, standard costing, and overhead absorption
• Manage inventory, fixed assets, cost variances, and month-end close activities
• Analyze manufacturing variances, PPV, assembly yield, job lot, cycle time, and other cost trends
• Develop COGS projections and provide financial insights to support profitability and margin optimization
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SOX, and internal controls
• Support ERP upgrades, system transformation, and other strategic finance projects
• Lead, mentor, and develop cost accounting leaders and team members

āļø Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
āļø CPA is an advantage
āļø 12+ years of relevant Cost Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
āļø 5+ years of managerial experience
āļø Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting, inventory, standard costing, and variance analysis
āļø Experience with ERP systems, system implementation, and process improvement
āļø Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic decision-making skills
