Project Manager

  • Cavite, Calabarzon

Salary: 70-80k

Schedule: 6days work: Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm) | Saturday (9am to 12nn)

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct assigned teams to execute main department tasks across designated construction projects.

  • Implement construction rules, regulations, and material management policies to ensure proper operational execution.

  • Assist the Area Manager in evaluating the performance of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in terms of quality, timeliness, and resource availability.

  • Monitor construction activities to ensure all milestones are met within the approved timeframe, budget, and quality standards.

  • Manage project site personnel, labor contractors, and staff; conduct regular meetings to improve overall workmanship quality.

  • Coordinate closely with other departments (Estate Management, Engineering, Documentation, Marketing, Purchasing, and Accounting) regarding design, materials, and project commitments.
  • Prepare requests, special item concerns, and documentation requirements for Area Manager and Department Head approval. Report directly to the Area Manager / CMD Head.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a valid Licensed Civil Engineer certification.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in managing people (preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity) handling both horizontal and vertical projects.
  • Strong construction project management skills.
  • Proficient in creating work plans, schedules, and interpreting technical plans (Architectural, Structural, Plumbing, and Electrical Plans).
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office applications.
