Property Manager

  • EDSA Greenhills, Metro Manila

Location: EDSA Greenhills, San Juan City
Salary: ₱50,000 to ₱63,000
Work Arrangement: On-site
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) 

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.

  • Minimum of five (5) years of managerial experience in property management, building operations, facilities management, and equipment maintenance

  • Preferably an accredited DENR Pollution Control Officer (PCO) and/or a Certified Energy Manager (CEM).

  • Strong understanding of property management operations, with the ability to lead teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Results-oriented, with the ability to balance customer satisfaction, procedural compliance, and project timelines, while demonstrating confidence, professionalism, and executive presence.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversees the overall operation, maintenance, and management of the property to ensure efficient and high-quality service.

  • Manages tenants, building personnel, contractors, and service providers, addressing concerns and maintaining good working relationships.

  • Monitors property maintenance, security, housekeeping, safety, and building facilities to ensure compliance with operational standards.

  • Handles budgets, expenses, contracts, procurement, and financial/operational reports related to property management.

  • Ensures compliance with building regulations, policies, permits, and safety requirements, while identifying opportunities to improve property operations and tenant satisfaction.
