Property Engineer

  • Jupiter St, Metro Manila

Location: Jupiter St, Bel-Air, Makati City

Salary: ₱25,000 - up (depending on the experience)

Work Arrangement: On-site

Work Schedule: Mon-Sat (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Qualifications:

  • Registered Electrical or Mechanical Engineer

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Property Management

  • Experience as a Pollution Control Officer (PCO) is an advantage

  • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Customer service-oriented mindset

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Willing to work in Greenhills and commit to a 6-day workweek schedule

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversees the technical and engineering operations of the property, including building facilities, equipment, and utilities.

  • Conducts preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure facilities and equipment remain safe and operational.

  • Coordinates with contractors, suppliers, and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and technical projects.

  • Monitors building compliance, safety standards, permits, and engineering documentation in coordination with relevant authorities.

  • Prepares maintenance reports, inspection findings, cost estimates, and recommendations to improve property operations and efficiency.
