Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage all technical aspects during the distribution or projects of company products;
2. Provide products demo, service, maintenance, and upgrades for customers;
3. Create, manage and contribute to technical support guides and supporting troubleshooting documentation as needed;
4. Provide product and solution training for customers and users;
5. Responsible for project management and project delivery;
6. Other job related to technical issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor or above degree in electronics, telecommunications, or information systems is preferred.
Fluent in English.
At least 2 years' experience in technical support, familiar with security products;
Solid knowledge and technical skills in electronics, telecommunications, or information systems;
Exceptional communication and presentation skills; customer service skills and awareness.
Work well under pressure.
