Job Summary: In coordination with the leadership team of assigned legal entity or business group, responsible for consolidation and processing of Sales Performance for Pharma, Radiology and Consumer Health Division coming from the different drug distributors. Compute and generate the Sales Incentive report of the sales force based on product sales performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilitates sales by assisting stakeholders by gathering data from various sources, organizing it, and translating it into a report with analysis that will serve as the foundation for business insights and presentations.
Maintaining Sales Performance Dashboards to better represent available data for easier monitoring of sales team performance, understanding, and trend analysis.
Calculate incentives and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Bayer Philippines sales team.
Process and generate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for each product on a national and territory/rep level.
Work with the HR Payroll Team to align the release of sales incentives with the payroll schedule.
Coordinate with the industry's various drug distributors and channel partners to ensure the accuracy and timely release of sales data.
Provide assistance by providing weekly sales updates to various stakeholders. (Sales, Market Access, External Partners, and etc.)
Collaborating with each division's Commercial Teams to set targets and align sales reports.
Team-up with the Pharma Commercial Excellence Team to identify annual Year-End awardees.
Best fit candidate profile:
Education : Graduate of any four-year course
Experience and Knowledge:
2 years experience in Data Analysis using MS Excel and/or any Programming and Database Management language;
Required Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel (Intermediate) and doing Data Analysis
Ability to manage multiple data undertakings from different sources
Very good presentation skills and demonstrates a good team-player
Proactive and target driven
Possesses data accuracy and strong attention to details
