Responsibilities

• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to the team & management.
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Oversee and can coach workers.
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
• Check production output according to work order requirements.
• Submit reports on performance and progress of production.
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
• Train new workers on how to safely use machinery and follow standard procedure.
• Enforce safety guidelines and company standards.

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as Production Leadman/Foreman or similar role
• Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
• Computer literate and familiar in MS Office
• Organizational and leadership abilities
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Problem-solving skills
• College Undergrad or Vocational Graduate; has knowledge in technical, engineering, or relevant field will be an advantage.
