He/She is responsible for developing, rolling out and maintaining the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program.
He/She serves as a change agent/coach to train leadership teams on the effective deployment of key TPM strategies and processes aligned with the Manufacturing Excellence (MaX) program.
He/She drives a learning culture that embraces standardized work, information flow, problem solving, strategy deployment and continuous improvement.
He/She develops and coach leaders to lead the factory under the MaX-TPM using defined tools and methods driving continuous improvement activities and results. He/She documents all the catalogs, master schedule, technical and basic attention sheets needed to guarantee a complete implementation of the TPM methodology.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports to Industrial Engineering Manager. Initiates designs, develops and implements TPM concepts and sustains the program.
Serves as lead mentor to project teams
Acts as bridge between project teams and Industrial Engineering Department
Supports IED on capturing, compiling and making action items addressed and completed
Leads, teaches, and coaches others during the TPM implementation.
Works closely with Plant Leadership and Operations / Maintenance teams to deploy TPM and fully implement KPIs
Follows the gear implementation plan laid out by the Management and Consulting groups and adheres to established dates /timeframes.
Leads the continued development and implementation of the MaX-TPM, specifically the Lean Culture, Value Stream Flow and Visual Factory Principles (standardized work, information flow, problem solving, strategy deployment and continuous
improvement).
Leads, teaches and coaches associates at all levels TPM principles, tools, systems and metrics. Manages a team of technical writers that will generate the documentation needed for TPM. Communicates with colleagues and shares /requests useful information to aid in / expedite the TPM implementation process.
Presents status in a weekly / monthly basis to the company's leadership teams
Performs other task that may be assigned by superior from time to time

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Experience:
Degree in Industrial Engineering or other related course
With experience in the implementation of TPM, Lean
Manufacturing & Six Sigma Concepts
At least 7 years work experience in handling TPM Programs
