Duties and Responsibilities

● Work with a team of developers in developing, maintaining and testing applications
developed by 4DSR.
● Analyze issues to identify the scope and impact of new requirements or enhancing
existing systems.
● Work with the team to design and implement long-term strategic goals and short-term
tactical plans for managing and maintaining applications.
● Work with the team to plan projects and determine resource requirements.
● Design, code, inspect and test program modules to meet the criteria and deliverables
identified within the software specification to the required quality and timescale.
● Testing of own and third party systems involving multiple inputs and outputs. Ensure all
specified functionally has been delivered and all performance constraints have been
met.
● Maintain up to date knowledge on new products and development strategies,
recommend any appropriate use to enhance 4DSR services.
● Provide and maintain software development standards and participate in the
development of departmental strategies.
● Provide technical expertise and support for the Accounts team and the business as
required.
● Design new solution(s), enhancements to existing solution(s) and/or interfaces to other
solutions, including definition of technical specifications, in collaboration with the
accounts team and with direction from Management.
● Write software and related documentation, adhering to technical specifications and
relevant development requirements.
● Meet with users/clients to understand and analyze business/clinical needs and related
functional requirements.
● Field deployment of new and existing system(s) as required.
● Produce reports for management as required.
● Carry out other such duties as may reasonably be required.

Qualifications / Technical Skills

● Male
● Graduate from a reputable university; preferably in BS Computer Programming,
Computer Science, Information Technology or other related fields
● At least 5 Years’ experience in the industry
● Database System: My SQL, MS SQL
● Scripting Language: HTML5, CSS3, PHP, JQuery, JavaScript, Java
● Front-End Framework: Boot Strap
● Content Management System: WordPress, Android Studio
● Operating System: Windows, Linux, Mac OS
