Senior Engineer, Product Applications

Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated, customer-centric and self-driven individual to join the team and provide his product application expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of application circuit and firmware code for different applications of key global customers. Said candidate will also be working with sales/FAEs/AEs to provide technical support to customers.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in electronics and system design
• System level hardware and software development experience is necessary
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to articulate system requirements as part of a broader strategy
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
• Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication skills, able to work and effectively collaborate within cross- functional and global teams

Education and Experience

• BS or MS in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering or similar field
• Experience with MCU, embedded platform and embedded software development (C, Python, etc)
• At least 5 years of experience in a related role in a semiconductor company
• Relevant experience in supporting customers in either Automotive, Digital Healthcare, or Consumer Electronics industries

Additional Requirements:

• Experience in any of the following is a plus:
• MCU/SOC/digital peripherals such as I2C, SPI, etc.
• Board level schematic and PCB layout design
• Basic analog circuit design theory
• Knowledge in IC test and measurement systems and methods
• Programming experience in C, C++, Python, or LabView
