Labor Law Compliance
Formulate and establish HR policies and ensure their effective implementation, with approval from Directors
Maintain digital and electronic records of employees (201 files) and company files
Office Administration
Procurement of office assets such as equipment, computer and its peripherals, stationaries, pantry items
Ensure office is maintained and serviced regularly by vendors i.e. air con, water dispenser, copiers, building management
Provide administrative support to other departments to ensure efficient operation; handles requests and queries appropriately
Prepare statutory report and remittances such as SSS, PHIC, BIR & HDMF
Liaise with Corporate Secretary and coordinate with lawyer for all legal concerns
Site Administration for all project sites and warehouse - procurement of site-required items such as PPE
Vehicle Management
Assist in the ISO preparation, registration and maintenance of yearly audits
Logistic Support – assist in handling and coordinating international shipments of materials and equipment, including coordination with local forwarders, particularly in checking documents for payment processing with the Accounting department
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources or other related courses
At least 5 years experience in different facets of HR and Office Administration; with at least 2 years experience in a Supervisory, mid-level role
With experience working in the construction industry
