Sales/ Business Development Manager

San Juan City, Manila

A Business Development Manager for the security products industry is responsible for driving growth through identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. They must possess a deep understanding of security products, industry trends, and sales techniques to successfully achieve revenue goals. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and collaborating with leadership and marketing.

  • Sales and Relationship Management: Develop and implement sales strategies, manage client relationships, and negotiate contracts.

  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest security products and trends, and effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze sales metrics, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement.

  • Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

  • Team Leadership (if applicable): Provide guidance and support to sales representatives or team members.

  • Budget Management: Manage budgets and forecast revenues.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for the company's growth within a specific area. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 3-4 years of industry experience, preferably in sales or business development.

  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Strong understanding of security products and industry trends.

  • Ability to manage budgets and forecasts.

  • Strong negotiating skills.

  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus. 

  • Must be willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan, Manila (Mondays to Fridays)
