National Sales Manager (Construction Materials)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading the sales strategy and the team across the country to achieve revenue growth
  • Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives
  • Manage, train, coach, and provide overall guidance to the sales team
  • Deliver sales targets through disciplined execution of developed sales strategies. Sets and monitors lead and lag indicators of team members.
  • Provide accurate, timely and detailed forecast of demand according to market/ competitor movements, channel inventory & project pipeline
  • Build up a strong pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting and account planning
  • Work closely with marketing to align strategies and ensure effective campaigns/ initiatives. Collaborate with technical teams to provide customer feedback and insights on new products/systems.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related courses; MBA preferred
  • at least 10 years Sales experience; 3 years of which in people management or a Sales lead role, from the construction materials industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
