Responsible for leading the sales strategy and the team across the country to achieve revenue growth
Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives
Manage, train, coach, and provide overall guidance to the sales team
Deliver sales targets through disciplined execution of developed sales strategies. Sets and monitors lead and lag indicators of team members.
Provide accurate, timely and detailed forecast of demand according to market/ competitor movements, channel inventory & project pipeline
Build up a strong pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting and account planning
Work closely with marketing to align strategies and ensure effective campaigns/ initiatives. Collaborate with technical teams to provide customer feedback and insights on new products/systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related courses; MBA preferred
at least 10 years Sales experience; 3 years of which in people management or a Sales lead role, from the construction materials industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
