Responsible for planning, strategizing and leading all project sales activities in the Philippine market
Maximize the sales revenue and market share through distributors to builders, plumbers, contractors and other specifiers and users in accordance with establishing profitability and service goals
Maintain and grow developer relationships, identify opportunities to engage new developers
Launch targeted below-the-line marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility for assigned developers
Deliver impactful presentations highlighting the benefits of the product
Utilize strong technical knowledge to effectively communicate complex information to project management teams on job sites
Collaborate transparently with distributors to grow the business
Foster relationships with mid-level managers, purchasing departments, jobsite engineers, and architects through meaningful interactions
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related courses; MBA is an advantage
At least 7 to 10 years of Sales experience in building or finishing materials, sanitary wares and/or Kitchen and Bath fixtures
Successful track record in Project Sales
Strong networking with developers, architecture and interior design firms
Experience in Distributor management, relationship management and business development is essential
Proficiency in English communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
