OFFICE MANAGER (for Accounting Operations)
An accounting operations manager is an executive professional who supervises a customer service team in performing customer billing, collection activities, and other customer services related to finance.
Proven knowledge in accounting principles, practices and equipment, excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, superb research skills and knowledge in laws affecting financial operations, ability to analyze accounting records, adopt methods needed to solve accounting problems, supervise and train personnel, establish and maintain working relations with subordinates, clients and other people contacted in the course of work.
Supervising, training and evaluating finance personnel, reconciling monthly bank accounts, reviewing collection results, preparing monthly revenue, expenditure and other financial reports, dealing with difficult customer inquiries related to accounts, supervising accounting procedures and coordinating annual financial audit or regulatory reporting, among others.
