Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PFRS.
Prepare and file monthly tax requirements (VAT, EWT, and Income Tax) and ensure all BIR compliance documents are organized.
Monitor vendor payments, review invoices for accuracy, and oversee customer collections to ensure healthy cash flow.
Collaborate with the operations team to monitor inventory movements and assist in manufacturing cost analysis.
Prepare schedules and documentation for external and internal audits.
Identify opportunities to automate or streamline current accounting workflows to improve team efficiency.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy.
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply. Internship experience in a manufacturing or audit firm is a plus.
Skills:
Strong understanding of accounting principles and Philippine tax laws.
Proficient in MS Excel (vlookup, pivot tables).
Exposure to accounting software (like SAP or Oracle) is an advantage but not required.
High integrity, strong analytical skills, and a "growth mindset."
