Radiology knowledge expert in CT, CCL and MRI contrast media and fluid delivery systems (including PET) to train and support Radiology customers, local sales, marketing and service teams, and partners
Drive excellence in the use of the CT and MRI portfolio across all products (CT and MRI contrast media and fluid delivery systems, PET and CCL) and increase customer satisfaction and retention
Assist sales teams to understand the customer’s clinical expectations and desired outcomes by providing inputs regarding data workflow, configuration and interface requirements
Support clinical knowledge and expertise of Digital Solutions and Informatics platform
Liaise closely with the respective key stakeholders in the dose management business to deliver clinical product training and excellent customer support to meet the business goals
Ensures that the sales and marketing teams are trained on the latest technical developments in MR, understanding of various MR pulse sequences, focusing on sequence optimization
Development and delivery of Informatics Clinical/Product training programs to customers to increase the proficiency in the usage of our informatics platform
Complies with all relevant pharmaceutical regulations and ethical business practices while ensuring complete compliance of all activities implemented
Competitor’s analysis, collect and analyze competitor data; research programs; competitor claims; image optimization and clinical education programs
Understand customers by collecting medical imaging (MRI, CT, CCLPET) research data, analyze customer data and understand customer’s research, clinical needs and workflow, satisfaction, issues with the products and then derive business implications
Maximize MRI performance; optimize the MR pulse sequence parameters for MRI systems at customer sites; optimize imaging protocols using the products; utilize contrast media in the most efficient and effective way for the customers
Preparation and Training for clinical workflow solution applications and device connectivity (Nautilus, Insights 2.0 and Virtual Care)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in BS Radiologic Technology, Nursing or other related Medical Sciences
At least 3 to 5 years experience working in Radiology, especially from CT or MRI departments
Experience with Radiology networks, solid understanding of DICOM, HL7, RIS/HIS and PACS systems
With experience in CT, CCL and MRI contrast media and fluid delivery systems (including PET)
Detailed knowledge of radiology clinical workflow and ability to work with key customer stakeholders
Experience creating and delivering clinical training programs
