Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Vietnamese Conversion Specialist to assist the existing accounts; you will deal directly with our clients to find out what issues they are facing to provide solutions, responsibility of delivering financial returns, but keeping clients at the forefront of any decisions. You are responsible for ensuring that all clients and personal information of clients are kept and handled in accordance with existing company policies on Information Security and Data Privacy. To be successful as a Vietnamese Conversion Specialist, you should have a persuasive attitude, excellent customer relationship skills, and a passion for sales. Ultimately, a top-class Conversion Specialist is able to improve sales by creating lasting bonds with customers.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle all calls with courtesy and professionalism
• Understand and demonstrate knowledge in market trends and competition
• Contact all the assigned clients by both telephone and email
• Increase Sales with regular follow up calls and schedule clients
• Build rapport, listen, clarify and manage conversational flow
• Helped customers/client to show their trade situation & market trend
• Provide satisfactory solution to customers/client issues
• Meet and/or exceed quotas

Job Specifications:

• Excellent customer service skills
• At least a year of work experience in the call center industry
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Advanced organizational skills
• At least 1+ years of experience in a similar role/Outbound/Telemarketing
• Fluently speaking in Vietnamese and English
• Highly self-motivated
• Working knowledge of CRM systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
• Must have a high degree of professional ethics, integrity and a team player
• Willing to work on-site
